Progress at Eric Street: First Phase Completed

Partner Tim Stalley was delighted to join East End Homes and London Borough of Tower Hamlets to celebrate the completion of the first 43 homes at Eric Street. The scheme will eventually see the creation of 95 high quality homes being built on top of existing buildings. 

The work has been undertaken by East End Homes’ development partner, Eric Street Development Ltd (ESDL), which assumed responsibility for the completion of building works in April 2025.  

Ranging from one-to-three bedrooms, the flats will be allocated to residents of Tower Hamlets who are on the housing waiting list.  

PPP are appointed to carry out a project monitoring role including site inspection and cost consultancy.   

Residents will be moving into their new homes at the Eric Street Development during February 2026.
