Gearing up for a start on site at Elm Grove, Sutton

PPP Partner Paul Reilly and his team have been working closely as Employers Agent with LB Sutton and Sutton Housing Partnership for the last 2 years, helping them procure a development partner and finalise planning at the Elm Grove Estate.

With the Development Agreement now signed with Lovell, everyone is very much looking forward to the start on site planned for early Summer. The scheme will deliver 279 sustainable new homes including 139 affordable rent for local people at this great location in Sutton Town Centre.
