Old Marston Paddock Topping Out Ceremony Final

It was a lovely sunny day for the recent topping out ceremony for Old Marston Paddock, including the symbolic tradition of holding a tree branch over the last roof to be completed.

This is a fantastic milestone for the development, which delivers 40 much needed affordable homes just outside Oxford, one of the UK’s least affordable cities.

The scheme, where we are acting as employer’s agent and clerk of works for our client @Ox Place, represents a vital step in helping local first-time buyers get onto the housing ladder.
