Kingston Wharf Handover

Fantastic news from Kingston Wharf in Shoreham-by-Sea, where the first block of 37 shared-ownership flats for Hyde have been handed over. This marks a significant milestone in the project, which commenced in July 2022.

Philip Pank Partner Laurie Heyman had the following to say: “We are delighted to see the first core of 37 shared ownership flats at Kingston Wharf being handed over after the collective hard work of all involved.”

When complete the development will deliver 255 Affordable Homes for local people, constructed by @PMC Construction and Development Services Ltd.
