Welcome Ramone Pennie + New Office Space

We’re excited to announce the newest addition to the Philip Pank Partnership LLP: Ramone Pennie, who joins us as a Building Surveyor.

Ramone brings with him valuable experience in delivering level 2 and 3 residential surveys, defect diagnosis, and property valuations.  Ramone's technical experience and client-focused approach further strengthen our team’s capability to deliver accurate and responsive surveying services for our clients.

As our team continues to grow, so too does our presence - with an expanded footprint at our London headquarters. This growth supports an increasing demand across a broad spectrum of work, including party wall and neighbourly matters, fire safety, defect, disrepair, and damp investigations, void property surveys, and project delivery.
