Welcoming Jolene Lean Back to Philip Pank Partnership

We are delighted to welcome Jolene Lean back to Philip Pank Partnership following her period of maternity leave. Jolene has been an integral member of the Partnership since 2014, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to every project she undertakes.

Having progressed to Associate in 2021, Jolene’s career journey reflects both her technical expertise and her commitment to excellence. Before joining the Partnership, she gained valuable experience with a leading Housing Association, where she began as an Accountant in the Development Finance Department before moving into the Markets and Portfolio Department as a Project Officer. These early roles gave her a strong grounding in both the financial and delivery aspects of new build and regeneration projects — skills she has carried into her work with us to great effect.

Jolene holds a First Class Honours BSc in Quantity Surveying and has also achieved her APMP qualification with the Association for Project Management, underlining her strong technical foundation and project management capabilities.

Since joining the Partnership, Jolene has become highly regarded for her work as an Employer’s Agent and Client Representative, assisting on a wide range of new build and regeneration projects for private developers, housing associations, and local authorities. Her portfolio includes major schemes such as:

  • Woodberry Down, Phase 2B – delivering 141 affordable new homes with Notting Hill Genesis and Berkeley Homes.

  • Aberfeldy Estate, Phase 3A – 122 new homes with a 1600-unit Energy Centre for LLP with Poplar Harca.

  • Barking Wharf – 597 build-to-rent apartments with commercial and amenity spaces.

  • Sele Farm, Hertford – regeneration of 120 affordable homes and refurbishment of 17 existing dwellings for Network Homes.

  • Gatefold Building, Hayes – 133 new homes with commercial and amenity spaces.

  • Academy Street, Enfield – 38 affordable new homes, which went on to win the Borough’s first development award in years.

At the core of Jolene’s role are her client-facing skills, project delivery expertise, and attention to quality standards, along with her meticulous approach to documentation and handover coordination.

We are excited to have Jolene back with us and look forward to seeing her continued impact on some of our most ambitious and transformative projects, including the ongoing regeneration of Abbey Retail Park (Barking), Aberfeldy Phase 3A, and Woodberry Down.

Welcome back, Jolene — we’re thrilled to have you on the team once again!
